The Voice of Our Customers in a Changing Pay-TV Landscape

The shifts in the Pay-TV industry have been widely publicized. Rather than assume that our customers, the small-mid size operators, are facing the same challenges as the large national operators we reached out to speak to them directly. These operators live in the communities they serve. Their relationships with their subscribers and the community are very important to them. Our findings highlight their challenges and priorities in the face of serving subscribers with voracious appetites for video content.
